“Longing” is a bilingual canción de amor para une misme. The struggle to accept, care for, embrace, and finally celebrate oneself is lifelong, and we often depend on others to feel attractive or worthy of love. “Longing” portrays that delicious and powerful moment when one acknowledges that they have finally become the person they longed to be and recognize that true love comes from within.

La lucha por aceptarnos, cuidarnos, abrazarnos y finalmente celebrarnos es de por vida, y a veces dependemos de les demás para sentirnos atractives o dignes de amor. “Longing” es ese momento de satisfacción cuando une reconoce que a pesar de todo pudo convertirse en la persona que siempre deseaba ser y se da cuenta de que el verdadero amor comienza con sí misme.

This is Ruby Clouds’ first release since 2020’s “Mi corazón de busca” and their first song with lyrics in English and español.
